In the years to come, sustainability will play an important role in the jeans and garment processing industry. An increasing number of brands will implement the ?global organic textile standard?, commonly known as GOTS, into their line of finishes. This not only means the use of organic cotton, but also the products used for washing and finishing must be certified to be within GOTS.
TLP International has developed a line of products which have been certified by Control Union Certifications and IMO, according to the global organic textile standard.

Anti-backstaining agent for polyester, cotton and polyester/cotton, especially for indigo dyed garments.
Crack-mark inhibitor. Avoids creases during desizing or dyeing of textiles
Bacterial-amylase for desizing of textiles / jeans.
Neutral cellulase formulation for stone-wash.
Acid cellulase system for bio-polishing of cotton textiles.
Acid cellulase for stone-wash with improved anti-backstaining properties compared to traditional acid cellulases. Operational pH 4.5 - 5.0. Temperature 50 - 55°C
Semi-acid formulation. Very effective at low temperatures.
Operational pH 5 - 6. Temperature 30 - 45°C
Special finishing agent to control decoloration of indigo by ozon. Excellent soft, bulky handle. Antistatic properties.
Silicone micro-emulsion for softening jeans/garments. Excellent mechanical stability (not jet-stable). Good hydrophility. Soft and smooth handle. Good washing fastness.
As SILIFLEX ME however more concentrated.
Special dispesant and sequestrant. Eliminates problems with waxes, pectinates and precipitated solids caused by hard water e.g. calcium and magnesium. Will not impair the solubility of anionic dyes and their affinity to cotton. Perfect dyeings with direct or reactive dyes.
Bio-degradable bleaching system for indigo-dyed textiles. Application temperatures: 60 - 80?C. Product attacks only indigo, not the cotton. No loss of tensile strength. Ideal for stretch and light weight garments. Super bleach possible in one step.
Special levelling agent for reactive dyes.
